I am the author behind the genealogydr on Twitter. This blog may reflect professional and personal musings in the topic range that concerns family history/genealogy with forays into public history training, digital humanities training, library science, and the academic and personal interests of the author. I do not write about my family by name here. I may speak about them in relationship terms. Dead relatives are open season for writing. No actual names of real people are ever used unless they give me permission. I may write about a location/repository that I go to, and thank someone. I prefer to give praise over harsh criticism, but I reserve right to choose my analysis style.

Let the games begin.
